These terms and conditions (lvl18 "Agreement") lvl18.net Applies to use of the website and associated mobile applications. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the user) and the company operating lvl18.

Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

KYC Verification Process

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for transactions exceeding BDT 50,000. Please submit one of the following documents:

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
